Our Story

At Multiple Choices Integrated Health & Wellness, we believe healing should feel human—not clinical. We created this space for people who are tired of carrying everything alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a safe place to land, we’re here to meet you with compassion, not judgment.

Our team supports individuals and families navigating anxiety, autism, emotional relapses, trauma, and more. We combine professional care with personal experience—many of us have walked the same paths we now help others through. From therapy and movement to naturopathic support and coaching, we meet you where you are and walk with you.

This isn’t a place where you need to have it all figured out. It’s a place to feel supported and start fresh. Welcome to Multiple Choices.

Gina Straughn

Certified Naturopathic Coach

My journey to wellness—and ultimately wholeness—began with my own life. As a child, I was fascinated by people, families, and the medical field. I pursued nursing at Southern College after high school but had to leave due to finances and starting a family. I later became a certified nursing assistant through Nashville Community and worked in the field for six years. Over time, I realized medicine often treats symptoms, not the whole person. After committing my life to Christ, I discovered biblical healing—being made “every whit whole.” I began studying holistic healing and became a certified Family Herbalist and holistic practitioner. For over 20 years, I’ve helped people not just feel better, but become truly restored.
